Anthony Palmaccio, M.D.

Doctor Palmaccio has been practicing medicine for over 25 years as an orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience in joint replacements and arthroscopic surgery. He is an expert in the treatment of serious back and spine problems using advanced technologies.
He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological and Orthopedic Medicine & Surgery. He is on the Medical Staff of Frankford Hospital, Nazareth Hospital and the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He is Medical Director of the Delaware Valley Orthopedic and Spine Surgicenter and oversees the entire clinical operation of this state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility.
Doctor Palmaccio is an active member of the American Board of Neurologic & Orthopedic Surgery, American College of Occupational Medicine, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Surgery, Pennsylvania Medical Society, American College of Sports Medicine, American Running & Fitness Association and the International College of Surgeons. He also authored a nationally syndicated column on Sports Medicine. He graduated from LaSalle College and received his medical degree and completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
