George J. Peckham, M.D.
Chief Medical Executive
Doctor Peckham has extensive clinical and managerial experience both within academic medical centers and as a consultant. He has provided health professional and executive leadership to a number of clinical programs with the emphasis on high quality and cost-effective services. At The Pain Management Center he is responsible for the continuum of services and the coordination with the referring physicians and their patients.
He has served in a number of clinical leadership and executive positions on the medical staff of the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia and on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania. As a volunteer with Project HOPE he helped develop the functional design of childrens medical centers in Poland and China and initiated new healthcare programs with the opening of Eastern Europe. As President of Global Health Partnerships he has developed strategic plans and alliances for health care initiatives in Cyprus, Ukraine, Russia and more recently Ireland. In the United States he has worked as a consultant with hospitals and physician groups to coordinate the content and quality of healthcare programs.
